The Unknown Power

Have you ever found yourself thinking about question after question and your mind just goes crazy?   Human minds, and for what people know, all minds are unimaginably powerful.  The power in human minds are so advanced it's crazy.  How do pieces of tissue in our body, that is at its essence is made of individual cells, think about building a rocket ship to take to the moon?  Or maybe eating a piece of a cake the next day?  Or maybe even making a cake flavor that has never been made before?

Do you ever wonder where all of this "thought" comes from?  Where is all of our thought developed?  The computing power of the mind rivals most modern computers.  Why is all our thought only in the mind?  I don't have the answer and so far nobody else does either, but where where is the answer?

Another unbelievable thought would be 'Are we our brain but not our body?'  Yes we need a heart, some lungs and other organs to support our brain.  Our eyes according to science do not think, our ears, heart, or lungs do not think either, but our brain does think.  Our brain does not just think our brain tells us, when our lungs should breath, who we like, what foods we hate, when we should drink some water and so much more.

Some people, who experienced unfortunate paralysis, lost the use of their body, but their brain still worked fine.  They were still alive, and thought existed in their brains.  Would you exist if your brain was supported not by our body but mechanical means?  If our brain were kept alive in a solution, and lived, would be be alive?

How is our brain so unimaginably powerful?  Science has yet to know the answer of our brain.  But we all have one.  And we can all use our brains to think about the solution to this mystery.

Macbeth Quotations

Motivation is demonstrated in Macbeth periodically.  Many people conclude that motivation is desirable as shown in this quote “Ambition is a positive, desirable trait in a person” overall my opinion agrees with this statement.  For example, “Stay you imperfect speakers.  Tell me more (19).”  Here Macbeth is saying tell me more, he is motivated to see his future as king, which is some cases is good.    Another example would be when Macbeth says “If good, why do I yield to that suggestion whose horrid image doth unfix my hair and make me seated heart knock at my ribs against the use of nature (23).  Macbeth here is wondering if him being king is a good thing why do I want to kill King Duncan?  Macbeth is debating and thinking about if he should do anything to help him become king or just let it happen.  He is motivated behind this action because he wants to become king however motivation provides desire to reach however motivation itself is not bad, the goal behind it maybe.

Power and material things do make some people happy and or bring joy to the world however many people have unlimited material things and are still unsatisfied with their lives.  Therefore, the quote “If you are in a position of power, you are happy.” is very disagreeable especially concerning Macbeth.  For example, “Stars, hide your fires; let not light see my black and deep desires (29).  Here Macbeth is saying he is going to kill King Duncan and doesn’t want even the stars to see it is so bad.  If the statement above is true, why would Macbeth have to do these terrible things that is so bad the stars shouldn't see.  In conclusion, I would disagree with the statement of power equals happiness, with evidence from Macbeth that it is not a true statement.
